Bringing a mural to life is exciting—but it can also feel like a big leap, especially if you need team approval or aren’t sure where to start. That’s why I’ve designed a process that’s thoughtful, flexible, and low pressure from the very beginning.

When you fill out the inquiry form, we’ll schedule a discovery call to explore your vision and space. We’ll discuss:

• Wall Details: Dimensions, material, condition, and whether it’s an interior or exterior wall.​
• Accessibility: Any equipment needed to reach the painting area.​
• Design Complexity: The level of detail and intricacy desired in the artwork.​
• Timeline: Any specific deadlines or timeframes for project completion.​
• Community Engagement: Opportunities for events or unveilings involving the community

From there, we’ll put together a proposal package detailing the project. If it feels like a good fit, we will create a custom mural rendering for a design fee.

Rendering-First, Commitment-Second Guarantee

Once completed, you will have the opportunity to approve the rendering and schedule the mural for painting. However, if at this point you decide you are not ready to move forward, you can walk away with original artwork and no strings attached. Because you deserve to feel confident before saying yes to something this meaningful.

Scheduling & Agreement

When you are ready to move forward, a deposit secures your spot on the calendar. This ensures dedicated time is set aside just for your project. We’ll also sign a simple Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), which outlines everything we’ve agreed on: the scope, deliverables, timeline, and total cost. Life happens, and I understand that plans can shift. If something needs to change, we can adjust the MOU together with mutual agreement—no stress, just clear communication.

Painting & Completion

With materials prepped and equipment ready, it’s time to bring your mural to life. Every brushstroke is approached with care and precision, honoring the story we’ve crafted together. Once complete, we’ll walk through the finished piece for your final approval—ensuring every detail feels just right. At this stage, the final payment is due. And then, the best part: the celebration. There’s nothing like unveiling a transformed space that reflects your vision and breathes new life into the environment around it.
